Mariosarti has been serving the denizens of Toowong for more than a decade. There are daily specials to choose from, or a more progressive Italian menu with dishes such as New England wild rabbit risotto with raddichio and rosemary, or a 380g MSA-graded "Nolan's Private Selection" rib on the bone with porcini butter, potato puree, balsamic onions and spinach drizzled with a red wine reduction.

Possibly one of my favorites!
This place is consistently good. My friend and I catch up here once a month because the food is delicious, obviously made with fresh ingredients, and the service is just outstanding.
We usually have the veal (very rich meal) or one of the pastas, with bread for entree.
They have a great wine list which changes often (frustrating when you find one you love).
It's fairly pricy - we usually have a bill of about $120 for a bottle of wine, a shared bread entree and two mains, however the experience is good enough to justify the expense.
