A diner that boasts burgers made from 100 percent wagyu beef, Nick's Diner aims to please with hearty burgers and feel-good pancakes. Attempting to offer those in the North Ryde locale a slice of home-style goodness, dishes here include classic food such as bangers and mash; an ode to Australia with beer-battered fish; and burgers that summit every culinary tradition imaginable, including the Zorba the Greek burger, teriyaki chicken burger, and the classic New Yorker: a behemoth featuring a 200gram beef pattie, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and tangy mustard mayo.
