The monks of New Norcia have brought their exceptional bread recipes to Perth. All of the bread is baked in the on-site woodfired oven, and made with no artificial yeast. The sourdough is highly recommended. The bakery has minimal decoration, with one large wooden table stretching down the middle. Everyone dines in harmony, much as the monks do in New Norcia.
