Decked out in imperial red and gold ornamentation, New China Restaurant is a large and lively Chinese restaurant where yum cha, buffet and a la carte dining are all available, and karaoke, live music and dancing are bonus enticements. Some of the delicacies on the menu include king prawn fritters, combination omelette, shark fin soup, Mongolian sizzling chicken, steamed duck with Chinese mushrooms, fried dim sum and homemade spring rolls. Sunday lunches are the only times when yum cha is available, but the weekday lunch smorgasbord is a suitable replacement indeed.
