Terrible service
This Restaurant is normally very good for a group and I had been several times upstairs with a business group. No problems. So I thought I would take my wife....today as a blow-in off the street. We got a table for two at about 1.00pm..Small Samosa entree served...and then one hour and 10 minutes for mains? Reason? All the suits upstairs were being attended to first. So a great Restaurant if you are a big paying group booking....but give a big miss if you are a table for two downstairs...really made to feel second class.

Always a lovely time
I've been to Neptune's Palace a couple of time with my family - and they never disappoint. The owner is always nice and they recommend dishes all the time. Great service. Food is nice as well. Price is reasonable for the city.
