Earning a spot in the Guinness Book of Records for the 'World's Largest Nachos', the Nachos Mexican Cantina crew know a thing or two about guacamole and chilli con carne; so much so that the much-loved Tex-Mex and Mexican diner has grown from its original Oakleigh restaurant into a small chain that includes this popular Aspendale branch. You'd be flippin' mad to miss out on a sizzling fajita or a Texas chilli burrito, but you may find yourself lured by the platillos Mexicanos (traditional Mexican dishes), such as the tostada grande, a flour tortilla shell packed with beef, chicken, seafood or beans, and frijoles, greens, shredded cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, rice, and naturally, a bit of guacamole.
