Mykonos: the Greek island that never sleeps. The place where anything goes and every night is party night. If you haven't experienced it at first hand, or if you're yearning to return, you don't have to travel all the way to the Aegean to find it. Just make your way to Beaufort Street in Highgate. Decked out in the traditional white and blue, Mykonos serves authentic cuisine from the islands, mainland Greece and Cyprus. The mezze platter is a gastronomic treat, beginning with an entree of dips, crudites and hot pita bread and culminating in a platter of Greek nibbles, grilled prawns, calamari and occy on a rice pilaf, plus chicken, pork, lamb and a fresh garden salad with olives and feta. It doesn't end there though, you still have a homemade Greek filo pastry sweet to demolish with tea or coffee. If that doesn't beat you, maybe you should return for the truly awesome Olympic mezze and follow it with the velvety smooth honey-flavoured Greek yoghurt.

Don't tell people how good it is!
We go here often (2 adults and 2 teenages). The food is terrific, the staff friendly, value for money - best in Perth. This is a must for fun food for the family.

Reliably cheap, tasty and fun
I go here quite often as I mill around Mt Lawley getting drunk a lot. It's a great place to go with a couple of friends to polish off a bottle of wine or two and have a good cheap meal. For some reason, I never end up ordering a main here but we get a bunch of dips platters and pita bread, the always-amazing chips and the haloumi bruschetta which is great. Service is always a little average, but you get what you pay for and fine dining this ain't. Highly recommended.

Excellent
This very authentic Greek restaurant was an absolute delight! We went on a Saturday night and ate in the midst of a vibrant atmosphere with live traditional music. The baby octopus was superb, however the mezes is definitely the thing to get, with its assortment of all foods Greek cooked to precise Greek perfection. The Greek coffee and pastry to finish was the icing on the cake of such an excellent dining experience.
