Must's many strengths make it a fine-dining delight. Treats such as White Rocks veal liver with black pepper brioche show off chef Russell Blaikie's imaginative French provincial approach to mod-Oz. The cellar boasts 500 wines, at least 40 of which are available by the glass.

A definitely MUST!
Had a work lunch and fell in love!! The interior is gorgeous- wine everywhere!!!! I had the twice baked cheese souffle? and the pan fried gnocchi... just wanted to hang on to every mouthful!! Managed (and only just) to squeeze in a delicious meringue desert! This place is a definite MUST!!!

Must indeed!
Must is a lively yet intimate venue, and with our 7.30pm booking the bar was full and flowing out on to the pavement, so we opted to bail bar drinks quickly and get into the dinner component.
The baguette with parfait was delicious. The clever charcuterie plate was really special - even our quasi-vegetarian diner sampled bits and loved it! I had the porcini souffle and the carpaccio entrees. If you adore mushrooms definitely try the souffle - it was so good - save some bread to dip in too!
I cannot tell you what my friends had because I was so wrapped up in my own meal.
We were too full to attempt desserts.
A pricey place, with an excellent wine list; however the food is truly outstanding and worth every dollar.
Wheelchair access is great - bar is simply too crowded, so take your chances there; street parking everywhere, although it's a very busy dining/residential area. Accessible toilet was good, some people might need a hand with the two doors. Flat entrance and throughout... steps up to new function room - I didn't notice another way up.

my treat
We had excellent food: from the four different kinds of oysters to the beef cheek ravioli, the angel hair pasta with blue manna crab plus an entree-size charcuterie plate. We had a couple of glasses of sparkling and a couple of reds; alas we didn't have room for dessert, but we'll be back. It was a little noisy to start with from the Friday night folk at the bar, but hey it's popular place!
