In a suburb that is fast becoming known as Brisbane's 'little Africa', this eatery pleases with homely hospitality and a range of African tastes best shared amongst a group of friends.
Dishes on offer here include zesty and slightly sour enjara bread (a flat, pancake-like bread made from fermented grain) with a selection of traditional dips. There's also a selection of generously spiced stews and curries available, which tap into Africa's history as a spice mecca.

Solo dining
I had heard about this place but it took me a while to find it...I must admit I was a little apprehensive walking down the arcade, but the owner was welcoming and assisted me with choices of food. The food is basically a series of curries with different meats. It is one of those places that you should go to just to experience the foods of other cultures but there is nothing outstanding about it.
