Amid the endless sea of Thai restaurants spruiking the same tired, "Westernised" dishes to the ignorant masses, this place is quietly but confidently creating true innovation in modern Thai food.
The dining menu, and the kitchen, is divided into three separate areas to choose from: the grill station covers the Isaan side of northern Thai grills; the curry station delivers slightly more familiar fare such as house specialty versions of yellow, green and masaman curries; while the wok station covers vegetarian options.
For a truly unique dining experience, you can't go past the tasting menu degustation. The six-course menu features highlights such as crab meat dumplings with a ginger and soy emulsion and grilled pork neck with a white lime sauce, all of which is world's away from the hackneyed pad thai.
