With quite a few Laotian restaurants in the Fairfield locale, this exciting eatery pays some serious homage to an equally exciting and exotic cuisine. While the decor isn't designed to turn heads - in this instance it's clean, airy and bright - the food, lovingly and soulfully prepared, will please with its heady mix of sweet, salty, spicy and tart. Some dishes on offer here include Laotian sausage with unctuous duck eggs or a deboned chicken feet salad.
