The food philosophy at Montague Park Food Store is reminiscent of a time when the words "processed", "bleached" and "genetically modified" had nothing to do with dinner.
On an average day at this cafe starts at the crack of dawn to bake their bread. Once the dough is in the oven it's time to hand roll the pasta before combining it with sauces made from the freshest seasonal produce. Chuck in the homemade pies, pastries, quiches and sausages and you'll start to see why this style of cooking has retained such integrity throughout the years.
