Branching out from the traditional pubs that dot the Dubbo landscape, this new venture is forging a new market for a more sophisticated watering hole in the regional town.
Enter the Monkey Bar, crossing the boundary between upmarket bar and bistro. The menu has a seafood focus and the range of bar snacks is also quite impressive. Diners should be wary though, as a relaxing lunch has been known to extend into the lazy hours of the afternoon. This can easily be fixed, however, with a glass of wine from their extensive wine list and a bite to eat from the dinner selection.
