Restaurant Information
Miss Marley's
Smoothly morphing from former haunt Safety Wolf into Miss Marley's, this quirky tequila bar and lounge, and pan-American diner is a small bar with plenty of idiosyncratic charm. Indeed, Miss Marley's is a cocktail with many parts, possessing a moody 1950s-style aura mixed with a potent blend of Central and South American flavours in the food, spirits, and tequila-based cocktails. Chef Trinidad Lopez draws from Latin American street food styles incorporating Argentinean, Chilean, Cuban, Jamaican, Peruvian and broader Caribbean tastes. Her dishes include everything from classic empanadas to Peruvian curries to boutique cheese boards, all designed to be washed down nicely with a tequila tide.
