After the huge success of the diminutive Darlinghurst original, Miss Chu has finally spread its wings and opened in the star-studded Opera Kitchen.
Playfully titled "Miss Chu with a view", the new branch of the ever-popular Vietnamese rice paper roll and dumpling house boasts some of the best views of Sydney Harbour to be found around town. Couple this with all the old favourites that made Miss Chu such a hit in the first place, not to mention the fact that they are served on actual plates now, and the irrepressible Miss Nahji Chu might finally get the accolades she so richly deserves.
