Miss Chu


Miss Chu very quickly became a Sydney institution, as much for its stellar rice paper rolls and pho as its very public battles with Sydney City Council over customer seating and liquor licensing (God bless milk crate seats and wine bearing a striking resemblance to green tea).

Now, the Miss Chu brand has made the trip south, bringing with it the same menu that made it such a smash hit in Sydney. If it's your first time here the essential eats are the tuna sashimi rice paper roll, duck pancakes (you'll want more than one) and the hearty beef pho.
