An unassuming and infinitely surprising little eatery on the corner of Bourke and William Streets, MissChu has become a lunchtime institution among local workers and visitors who simply adore fresh Vietnamese rice paper rolls and traditional steamed dumplings. The rice paper roll varieties include tiger prawn and green mango, and roast duck and banana flower, while dumpling delights include scallop and prawn, and English spinach and tofu options. You'll also find vermicelli noodle salads and pho beef noodle soups on hand. Growing in popularity, MissChu is quite the hidden gem.
