Simply named "Miso", this inner-city Japanese restaurant has a lot more tricks up its sleeve than just miso soup. The "teishoku"-style dining combines mini dishes together into one well-balanced meal, such as the pork miso katsu set, which features miso soup, salad, rice, vegetables, sauce, and of course, a juicy slice of pork. For more soupy salvation, the udon range impresses, with varieties including seafood, vegetable, tempura and teriyaki chicken.
Sitting in the bustling World Square, Miso is owned by Masuya Group, owners of Masuya Japanese Seafood Restaurant, Dining Bar Musashi, Sushi Bar Makoto City and Sushi Bar Makoto Chatswood.
