Seeking to do something a bit different, MISHT Indian Cuisine focuses on "new age Indian cuisine", giving dishes meticulous attention rather than a by-the-numbers approach. The menu starts with soups rather than breads, including an intriguing "tomato egg drop", and a spinach soup sprinkled with herbs and spices. For the next course, the various chicken, beef, lamb, prawn and vegetarian mains channel a plethora of Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Maharashtrian and South Indian recipes for an authentic touch.
