The bistro of Milano's Brighton Beach Hotel has upped the ante in the local beachside dining scene. An open beer garden allows diners an unadulterated view of Brighton Beach, while the newly refurbished modern decor gives the otherwise traditional pub a contemporary twist, allowing indoor diners a view of the ocean too.
Better than your average bistro-style fare, this place does modern Australian with a dash of Mediterranean, from prime porterhouse steaks to summer seafood salads such as king prawn and rockmelon tossed with fresh strawberries. With imported beers on top and a fair share of wines, Milano's should keep the Brighton locals feeling bright.

Time to Celebrate
We went to milano's for lunch after my son's baptism. The food was excellent, we were very well looked after (there was about 30 of us) and the prices were reasonable. They serve big meals that don't let you down on taste! And all accompanied by a beautiful view over the bay. Well worth trying especially for families. They are very kid friendly. We'll be going back again!
