Great for large groups and functions, this spacious Japanese restaurant has been around since the early 1980s, keeping its reputation as the largest teppanyaki restaurant in Perth, and one of the earliest Japanese restaurants in the city too. At Midori Japanese Restaurant, a wide range of beef, chicken, fish and vegie dishes appear on the a la carte and set menus, from chicken teriyaki to seafood sashimi to vegetable tempura. But it's the chefs' teppanyaki tricks that add extra zing to the experience, as they pop, crack and sizzle food right before your eyes, and may just throw a vegie or prawn onto your plate. With seven barbecues and a fully serviced bar on site, there's no lack of entertainment at this busy, modern-styled eatery.
