It's a seachange for sure, but Michaels Restaurant demonstrates Platsis' continued commitment to delivering quality local produce in an innovative modern Australian style. Seafood and game meats are the masterworks in Michael's food gallery, with such specialties including the venison loin sliced over a beetroot and bitter chocolate risotto soaked in cumberland sauce, and the Bastilla of slow-cooked farm rabbit with chermoula and honey labne. Luscious desserts and fine wines further Michaels Restaurant's growing reputation as a highlight of the Tedder Avenue restaurant scene.
