Fantastic find, a vitual oasis
Strolled into this fantastic cafe on Sat night while looking for somewhere to dine, and was immediately greeted with a smile and a great welcome. The ambience of this cafe/restaurant was just beautiful. The cafe is split into 3 areas: alfresco dining on the veranda, which overlooks a beautiful garden area, the main cafe inside is spacious and warm and welcoming, and the other alfresco area, which is situated at the back of the cafe and has an old English oak tree as its canopy. The music was tasteful, and also appropriate. The evening menu was varied, and the staff were well versed with what was to offer. After eating the meals, which were superb, and the coffee and homemade cakes (yum), we relaxed and lost ourselves in the atmosphere. Well done Mia Cafe. Top marks to the owners, the staff. Also a final note: The cafe is attached to a beautiful garden centre. WOW, what an oasis.
