A fresh answer to Melbourne's usual traditional Greek eateries, this modern spot has been attracting its fair share of attention and plenty of praise since opening in early 2011. The menu is a mix of old and new Greek classics, the atmosphere is cool, and the look is sophisticated, with an alfresco area out the front that's fast earned popularity. For more bang for your buck, the hot tip is to go with the banquet menu, which includes dips, mixed entrees, lamb (straight off the spit), souvlaki, lamb cutlets, prawns, fish and dessert. End your night on one of those thick, grainy but somehow delicious Greek coffees, and you'll feel indulgent but utterly satisfied.
