It's always a risk opening a sibling restaurant after the overwhelming success of the original. Will it live up to the hype? Will the original suffer? Happily, Melt has had no such problems with the new CBD branch of the Hyde Park original. A funky fit-out, complete with a giant graffiti mural wall, makes Melt CBD a little edgier than its older sibling, but the menu sticks closely to the formula that made the original so popular. Expect to see a short menu of tapas specials, accompanied by those classic thin-crust pizzas.

Best Pizza's in Adelaide!
This is a loud cafe so i wouldn't go here if you were after an intimate meal. However the noise does give it atmosphere as it's all a happy buzz - i guess this happens when there is an excitement of anticipation for the YUMMIEST pizza's ever!!!! Whatever you do, order the Bianca pizza - it is the best as a "side" dish!!!!!! the three of us ordered the Pepperoni and the Jamon and the Bianca.
