The Best Japanese Restaurant in Melbourne
This is my first review on here, and I had to start with my absolute favourite restaurant in Melbourne. We regularly go to restaurants in the city, such as Nobu, Miyako etc, but on the Napean Highway, tucked away in a little corner is a very unassuming restaurant. The Master of services is a wonderful guy called Yasu, who prepares, clinically cuts and serves the best Sushi we have ever tasted full stop. You always have to book for weekends, but Tuesday to Thursday you will get a seat even at the last minute. These mid-week nights, allows him to experiment with some delicacies, and it is best to sit at the bar close to him, and watch as he carves Tuna or Marlin with perfection. His sauces on soft-shelled crab are exquisite or you can try his Japanese introduction meal, of which he will explain all the components. I challenge anybody to find a better Japanese restaurant................

1st time there but not the last food and service was the best by far. the tempura foods are out of this world.
