Great work function dinner!
The little restaurant was all booked up by our party of 32 from 7pm 'till closing time. The bartender was crushing ice and shaking up margaritas all night! The food kept on coming and the service was impeccable.

The margaritas are the best I had this side of Mexico so far and the guacamole was perfect. The guacamole is served with large home-made corn chips, it's true that there aren't many on the plate but they are huge and fully enough (each chip is the size of half a tortilla).

We had beef & potato taquitos and they were crispy on the outside, juicy in the inside and smothered with salad and guacamole. So tasty! The pico de gallo and chipotle dips were pretty good too. As a main, I had the mole poblano chicken wrapped in corn tortillas smothered with the chocolate mole sauce. Very good though I'm used to a spicier version. Other people had the mole verde chicken and the beef or chicken fajitas and everyone enjoyed their meals very much.

For such a large group, the service was well organized and the tables were all served at a timely manner. Thumbs ut to Media Luna!

I recommend it & will be back...

Disappointing
Sadly, the quality of the food did not live up to the publicity. The speciality, mole, was below average and the dishes, from entrees to main were very overpriced. The guacamole entree - four large corn chips and some dip - came in at $13.90. A shame, we really need some great Mexican in Sydney and sadly, it's not here.
