This newly built restaurant, attached to the heritage building of the Serafino resort, brings a touch of modern class to the old-world charms of this hotel and conference centre. The tranquil surrounds of the lake and the vineyards of the winery are the perfect accompaniment to the Mediterranean-style mod-Oz meals offered here.
Patrons can start their meal with grilled haloumi accompanied by a date and orange salad, grilled asparagus and salsa romesco before moving onto the chermoula-spiced garfish and harissa prawns with a warm salad of rocket, fetta, roasted sweet potatoes, shallots and balsalmic.
