Offering a fine-dining twist on traditional Italian staples, the dishes look stunning on the plate and the flavours are perfectly balanced. The mantra here seems to be simplicity; the menu is small but beautifully executed, highlighting the strengths of the talented chefs.
The staff are courteous and professional, offering knowledge of the menu and wine list well beyond my expectations. This place is perfect for a business lunch or meeting and the views of Hyde Park are sublime.
