Harking back to the days when the Ottoman Empire reigned supreme, Maxim Tavern celebrates the long-time legacies of Turkish culture that we still avidly adore today. That means the big banquets are filled with traditional foods like hummus, tahini, adana, kebabs, vegetarian and meat pides, mixed grills and a lot more where that came from. Such a festive feast calls for some upbeat entertainment to complete the picture, and the live musicians and belly-dancer bring just that.
