Max Brenner wants to change the world - using chocolate. The aroma of his passion drifts through the door, drawing unsuspecting passers by into his beautiful timber-trimmed cafe. Shelves heave under the weight of boxed truffles and bags of chocolate shavings. The house specialty is a Sukao, a small metal bowl sitting over a small flame. You mix chocolate shavings - choose white, milk or dark - with hot milk and wait for it to melt... then you suck it through the metal straw/ spoon/ thingy provided. There is also a yummy selection of salads and cholesterol-inducing desserts.
