Max Brenner wants to change the world with chocolate. The aroma of his passion drifts through the door, drawing unsuspecting passers-by into his beautiful timber-trimmed cafe. Shelves heave under the weight of boxed truffles and bags of chocolate shavings. The house specialty is a "sukao", a small metal bowl sitting over a small flame. You mix chocolate shavings - choose white, milk or dark - with hot milk and wait for it to melt, then suck it through the metal straw/spoon provided.
