This Japanese establishment has been a staple on the Perth inner-city dining scene for more than 20 years now. The longevity stands to reason: Matsuri's focus is on providing Perth city dinners with high-quality Japanese cuisine without the decadent price tag.
Dinners can expect all the usual menu suspects - gyoza, agedashi tofu, tataki and tempura are all present and accounted for - as well as some slightly more adventurous dishes and a suitably extensive sashimi selection. The set menu selection is comprehensive and affordable.

Only Japanese restaurant we will go back to Perth
Thank you Matsuri we loved your food which was presented lovely pretty exact to the food we received when we went to Japan. Loved the Nigri Prawn, Chicken Katsu Don with Egg, Karage Chicken, and Crab Claws all fabo third time we have been over the last 5 weeks we will be back thanks for the lovely meal We Love Matsuri

Awesome - highly recommended
The food was great, service was outstanding and there was a nice buzz and we found it to be a clean, modern place for lunch. I'll be going back for sure!

Good Food, IKEA Decor
Not the best Japanese I've ever had but always thoroughly enjoyed by everyone I go there with. It is very good value in a clean, modern restaurant.
