The seafood platter for two is effectively a rollcall of aquatic delights, including chilli salt squid, grilled butterfly marron, lemon and oregano school prawn skewers, grilled sweet-lipped snapper, oysters Kilpatrick, red curry mussels, and scallops with citrus butter along with beer-battered chips and Brewery salad tartar and fresh lemon - and of course, a Mash pale ale or dark lager wouldn't go astray.
