Marigold Citymark

The optimum time to visit this restaurant is lunchtime, when yum cha dominates the menu. The vast, opulently decorated room is evocative of a grand ballroom, but the atmosphere is casual, busy and fun.

Do not eat here!
... Unless of course you like terrible service including asking for the wine list 3 times, getting ignored by staff, waiting 10-15mins between each yum-cha cart, then being served cold food... terrible terrible

Yum cha on Sunday
I didn't get it why this place is so popular and there are always long queue. Honestly, the food is just ok, maybe even very oily, nothing really special. There are other better places for yum cha. The service was not really nice but maybe because it's too crowded so I don't want to give a lot of comments on service. The atmosphere is alright, same with other common yum cha places.

The benchmark of yum cha
This is the best yum cha in Sydney. I have always been in love with the BBQ squid, it is so good. It's all good. I have never seen a restaurant pack in that many people on a Sunday. And they have two levels. Crazy. I like 5th floor. But will sit in the basement rather than go anywhere else.
