The red rammed-earth brick lends a certain Tuscan feel to the Margaret River Providore, a restaurant started by childhood friends Martin Black and Patrick Coward. On one side diners can view the vineyards, where the Coward & Black wines are born. On the other are the organic gardens, where ingredients for the pumpkin and artichoke tarts, soup of the day and lamb curry are sourced.
