Fortunately for local chocoholics, you don't need a golden ticket to enter this fantastic Wonka-esque chocolate factory in the Swan Valley. Using raw chocolate from the world's premium cacao houses the resident chocolatiers make chocolate the old-fashioned way: preservative-free with milk and cream. During the long walk through the shop, potential diners are advised to resist the temptation of the tasting bowls. The reward for not gorging immediately is a mouth-watering array of sweet treats in the cafe. The blackboard menu follows the chocolatey theme, featuring chocolate fondue, fudge cake, brownies and heavenly hot chocolate.
