For a taste of the Middle East in the Inner West, Manoosh Lebanese Pizzeria is a sure-fire bet when it comes to authenticity. Pizza whizzes Charlie and Mary Hoyek whip up a storm in the open kitchen, letting you watch them roll the dough, and top the pizzas with the freshest of ingredients. The signature Lebanese zaatar forms the base of many of the pizzas, featuring a mouth-watering layer of oregano, thyme and herbs. While the Lebanese and traditional pizzas are tempting enough, Manoosh offers a couple of sweet pizzas for dessert too, including the warm peanut butter-based "nutty delight" with fresh banana and honey. A local institution in Enmore, this little eatery offers huge tastes for small prices.
