It seems the sun never sets on the ever-expanding Gazebo empire. Located on the southern end of Manly Beach, this unique venue adopts the same formula as its predecessors (although the dress code takes a slightly more relaxed approach, no doubt to accommodate the volume of thong-sporting, board short-clad folks in the beachside 'burb). This ultra-stylised menagerie is seemingly afraid of blank spaces; every plot of the venue is populated with Gazebo's signature eccentric furnishings - stuffed peacocks and all.
Among the standouts on the menu are the chargrilled ocean trout with asparagus, rosti and tomato basil dressing, or the barbecued pine nut and mint lamb burger with onion jam, roasted vegies and crinkles. If you're just after some tasty tit-bits to nibble on between sips then the gourmet share plates are a great option. If you are planning on dining in then booking is recommended, but it's good to note that around half the venue remains unreserved for walk-in guests.
