A second venture by the people behind Sky Phoenix in the CBD, Manly Phoenix has clearly benefited from that experience, displaying an unusual understanding of the importance of presentation. Dishes are prepared with skill and that perennial favourite, Peking duck, is presented in a discreet performance on the restaurant floor, with the waiter painstakingly carving the duck to the side of the table. Located right on Manly Wharf, you are conveniently placed to watch your ferry leave without you as you stay for just one more dish.
