There's something irresistibly romantic about sipping wine and staring out over the ocean. The cosy Manly Ocean Beach House sits on the beach and is filled with seaside smells and atmosphere. It feels like your own private beach getaway, where you can lazily sip wine and fruity cocktails. When drinks eventually segue into dinner, the adjoining kitchen serves delicious seafood-focused cuisine, from the compulsory (and completely appropriate) oysters to fish and crustaceans, with the odd meat dish appearing for good measure. For light dining, there is a 'bites' menu available from 3pm to 5.30pm, including dips, open sandwiches and soups for nibbling.
