A new addition to The Stirling Hotel, this formal dining room gets its thrills from the grills, cooking local meats on a wood-smoked grill to evoke a culinary sense of true Australiana. One of the various highlights is the Tuscan-marinated veal rib eye served with fried primavera potato, roasted tomato and capsicum salsa rosa and a red wine glaze. If that's not mouth-watering enough, seafood lovers can indulge in yellow fin tuna steak, oysters, Yarra Valley salmon roe and the good ol' Fish of the Day.
