Smack in the middle of the Western Australian outback, Maleeya's Thai Cafe is not your typical inner city Thai take-out. All preconceptions are forgiven, however, when diners feast on some seriously sumptuous and authentic offerings, lovingly prepared by the restaurant's namesake, Maleeya Form. The restaurant is set in a rustic wood cabin that oozes rugged charm. Once more, much of what is cooked is sourced from vegetables and herbs out of Maleeya's vegetable patch. Not only is the fare on offer wonderfully fresh, the views of the Stirling Range are also a spectacular reason to drop by for a meal.
