This North Shore sushi train can challenge the best with the freshness of their sushi, and one look at the queue for a seat clearly explains why. The train, carrying artfully presented morsels past the tightly packed hordes of diners, dominates the long narrow room. While the high turnover is a massive draw in itself, Makoto also pulls in the crowds from Monday to Wednesday evenings offering cheap plates at less than $3 each.

Worth the wait
This must be one of the best sushi-train places in Sydney. Everything is so fresh and amazingly prepared.
