The historic site of the old Castlemaine funeral parlour has received a deft makeover, turning it into an intimate space for a meal or a casual drink. Candle-light plays softly over the art-adorned walls at Madison's, with upended wine barrels offering a place to rest your beer. The tapas-style menu has plenty of options that are ideal for sharing over a glass of wine in the lounge area.
