Located in the Hunters Hill Club, Madeline's Brasserie offers a selection of mod-Oz delights, perfect for any mood. Those more amiable to grazing will find a selection brief nibbles and share plates on offer, such as the tapas-style tasting plate with olives, fetta and prosciutto.
There's also a bruschetta of smoked ocean trout with rocket, onion and a caper salad on offer, perfect for those wanting something a little lighter. Other dishes on offer include a selection of steak and beef dishes, as well as a fillet of Atlantic salmon, and a classic battered flathead with chips and a homemade tartar sauce.

great food... great time
I am fairly new to the area and my friends brought me down to madelines for dinner as there was a big raffle she attends every week.. I often steer away from clubs, but the HHC was very charming, and the bistro was packed (they must be doing something right I thought) I had one of their specials, flaked salmon parcel, and it was absoulty delicious. i was pleasantly surprised, my friend told me the chefs are very well know and popular in the area, but being new to me - they did not disapoint. just wanted to say, thank you for the great feed and I will certinley be back
