After the huge success of his first Pyrmont restaurant and takeaway shopfront in Wynyard, owner Sergio Checchi opened this dine-in-only trattoria in 2009.
Focussing on the tradition of authentic Italian trattorie, this eatery has a relaxed atmosphere that is less formal than a ristorante. The dining here is a casual affair, with simple but plentiful food made from regional or local recipes. Think hearty Italian dishes made from fresh seasonal produce and served at communal tables with rustic bare brick walls, and you're on the right track.
