After the success of his original store in Pyrmont, owner Sergio Checchi opened this hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in 2007 to target the Pyrmont business crowd. Since then it has become a popular mainstay on the city lunchtime scene for its fresh ingredients and seriously tasty pizzas.
