After the success of their Crown Street debut, the folks from Xage are back, this time bringing their signature brand of Vietnamese fare to the CBD.
Madame Nhu represents an expansion of sorts from the original Xage blueprint. Embracing the current zeitgeist for all things pho, Madame Nhu has enlisted chef Minh Nguyen to head up the kitchen team at the Galeries. Expect a pho-heavy menu that embraces the history and fusion street food of postcolonial Vietnam.
