Buy like the Italians do: by the slice. At MAD(e) in Italia you may want to try lots of different pizzas though, so bring a friend you can share with. They import Roman water to use in their pizza crust. You decide if that's what makes this one of the best pizza crusts in Sydney. Toppings are mainly traditional (magherita, funghi, napoletana) but with some great variations as well (tiger prawns, ricotta and chilli). Prices are reasonable and the pizza is fantastic.
